Degradation and overall decline in the value of forests managed by Hrvatske šume d.o.o., as shown in the official findings of independent auditors
Material damage caused to the European Union
A system of circumventing regulations in the distribution of timber to facilities for the production of electricity and heat, which, for years, have not been put into operation, or were never built at all
An example of a biomass energy production facility that, for years, received state subsidies vastly disproportionate to the price of the actual energy produced
Non-compliance with legal provisions on the implementation of the Second National Forest Inventory CRONFI II
Proposal of measures for the recovery and genuine preservation of forest resources and overall biodiversity in the Republic of Croatia
